The actor most recently starred in comedy-thriller How to Make a Killing, as well as 2025’s sci-fi action-adventure The Running Man.

Fox McCloud was officially revealed as a character in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie earlier this week, when the film’s social media accounts shared a poster of the Star Fox protagonist.

Original Star Fox artist Takaya Imamura said he was “overwhelmed with emotion” after learning that his creation will be featured in the movie.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will be released in theaters on April 3rd, 2026 in the United States, and on April 24th in Japan.
