Coming soon to a Hyundai vehicle near you (If you’re in South Korea)…. new Pokémon infotainment themes!
A Pikachu Quick Attack theme and Ditto World theme are available for drivers in South Korea of the following vehicles: 2026 Palisade, Ioniq 9, 2026 Nexo, 2026 Ioniq 6, 2026 Sonata, SONATA The Edge and 2026 Staria. Each theme will cost around $30 each and is available for purchase through Hyundai’s Bluelink store.
So what do the themes actually change? A lot, actually!
- Unique graphics, icons, animations, and special sounds when you start and turn off your car.
- Using the GPS changes your car icon to a Pikachu or Ditto.
- Even the speedometer and tachometer change, with the PIkachu theme giving the gauges an electrifying look.
While the Pokemon themes are not available in the United States yet, there is a chance that they made it stateside. Hyundai recently released a Peanuts theme, so they obviously aren’t shying away from custom themes here. Hyundai plans to expand the selection of vehicles that are compatible with the Pokemon themes at a future date. We’ll update if the themes make their debut in the United States!
