The next in-game Mario Kart Tour event has been announced — the “Halloween Tour”! And it looks like Luigi is finally making his playable Mario Kart Tour alongside it!
The news was revealed via an in-game notice, as well as through two tweets on the official Mario Kart Tour Twitter account.

Green Mario will become a playable character during the Halloween Tour, which will also include new challenges and courses — like one based on Luigi’s Mansion.

Mario Kart Tour’s Halloween Tour event will take place from October 22nd, 2019 at 11 p.m. PST to November 5th, 2019 at 10:59 p.m. PST.
