Upon your first visit to Turffield in Pokémon Sword and Shield, you’ll notice several ancient stones standing about the town with symbols carved into them. Upon interacting with these stones, you’ll notice that each of them has a specific Pokémon typing listed on it. As you play through the story, Sonia’s Yamper will lead you to the top of a hill on the west side of Turffield. At the top of this hill, there is a little girl who will recite a riddle for you, involving the various stones scattered around Turffield.

It reads as follows:

Seek yourself three standing stones, with Grass before the other ones. Use that strength, and find then the strength of its strength in the end. Dally not, if you’ve a mind to find what time has left behind.

That riddle is sufficiently confusing due to the fact that it’s not very well written. Luckily you won’t need to decipher it to reap its rewards, since I’ve done so below:

I do want to start with the fact that the most important part of this riddle is actually near the end, where it warns to “Dally not,” because each of the following steps need to be done fairly quickly, or else you won’t receive the reward.

First up is running to the Grass tablet, which is located along the path running west closest to Turffield’s gym, once you reach it, press “A” to interact with it.

Next, make your way back towards the little girl, but make a left right before reaching her, and the Water stone will be on your right. Interact with “A” and move on.

The final set of stones you’ll need to interact with are located back past the Pokémon Center, head on back there and keep going east to the largest of the stones, which reads Fire.

Interacting with it will reward you with Turffield’s treasure, an Expert Belt.

If you don’t get it on your first try it could be because time ran out, or you may have accidentally hit one of the stones more than once. To try again you’ll have to go talk to the little girl to reset the puzzle.

The Expert Belt, which boosts the power of super-effective moves used by the Pokémon holding it, seems like kind of a small reward for decoding that messy riddle, but it could come in useful in a pinch, so next time you’re in Turffield make sure you solve the riddle and get your hands on it!
