Ring Fit Challenge Day 2
How are you all doing with progress? I just started with it again this morning!
Honestly? I took a break today, long day at work and then had to rearrange my whole kitchen for a surprise table! That's a workout right there, right?
I was hurting pretty bad today especially in my thighs. I wanted to take a day off but literally the moment I even fathom or take a day off from working out, it always becomes “Forever days off” and I always stop. Pushed myself for 12 minutes and I did it. Went super quick and sweated the same if not more! I feel so fabulous that I did it!
