A few days ago, it appeared that Square Enix was teasing a release of Seiken Densetsu 3 for the Switch. Well, now an official announcement has been made and it’s even better than imagined – the company has revealed Seiken Densetsu Collection for the Switch.

The title collects the first three SD games in one package – Seiken Densetsu (Game Boy, known as Final Fantasy Adventure in the U.S.), Seiken Densetsu 2 (Super Famicom/SNES, known as Secret of Mana in the West), and Seiken Densetsu 3 (Super Famicom, not released outside of Japan). The collection appears to feature fairly simple, straight ports of their original incarnations, though it’s not known if there will be any new features added.

The game will release both physically and digitally on June 1st in Japan, at the price of 4,800 yen (about $43). No word on a western release, and given that one of the titles was never released here it seems up in the air. Given the region-free capabilities of the Switch, however, people will be able to play it regardless. In the meantime, check out the collection’s gorgeous new art.
