WATCH THE FULL BREATH OF THE WILD DEVELOPMENT PANEL FROM GDC

Some of you may recall Nintendo’s flood of tweets last week chronicling highlights from the Breath of the Wild development panel at GDC. Starting today, you can watch the panel in its entirety, courtesy of the official GDC YouTube page. I gotta say, Link sure looks spiffy in a tracksuit.

REGGIE TALKS SWITCH WITH CBS THIS MORNING

A wild Reggie Fils-Aimé was spotted today by the crew over at CBS This Morning. Catch him discussing the success of the Switch launch, as well as Nintendo’s future plans to eliminate software droughts.

THE HYPE TRAIN FOR MARIO KART 8 DELUXE LEAVES THE STATION

Yahoo! A new overview trailer for Nintendo’s flagship kart racer lapped the interweb today, highlighting a new character unlock for beating 200cc mode, tweaks to kart handling for newbies, and a full reveal of all four Battle Modes. April 28th can’t come soon enough!

MARIO SPORTS SUPERSTARS LAUNCHES IN EUROPE WITH NEW TRAILER

Mario Sports Superstars launched in Europe today, and got a snazzy new trailer, too! Check out the promo video for a deeper look at all five sports events and a better understanding of the game’s amiibo functionality.

FEELING LEFT OUT, FIRE EMBLEM ECHOES GETS A NEW TRAILER, TOO

The trailers just keep rolling in! Possibly the most exciting of the bunch, the Echoes teaser focuses on story elements and shows off some gorgeous anime cutscenes you’ll definitely want to check out.

ENVIOUS OF ALL THE NEW NINTENDO TRAILERS, SONIC MANIA JOINS THE FRAY

Sega uploaded a new pair of videos for Sonic Mania, showing off new footage for the blue blur’s retro redux. Aaron Webber’s commentary is particularly worth the watch, providing insight into various features and new elements that made it into the game.

THUMPER LEAPS FROM THE THIRD DIMENSION ONTO SWITCH

Fans of rhythm games and space beetles, rejoice! One of PlayStation VR’s biggest hits is speeding onto the Switch later this year. Here’s hoping HD Rumble support and portability can make up for the lack of virtual immersion offered by its console competitor.

REGGIE ADDRESSES JOY-CON SYNCING ISSUES

In an interview with Time Magazine, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aimé answered a bunch of burning questions regarding the Nintendo Switch, most notably the issue surrounding Joy-Con desynchronization. Long story short, they’ve heard your complaints and are actively working towards a solution.

KONAMI WORKING TO FIX LAG DURING SUPER BOMBERMAN R ONLINE MATCHES

Speaking of control issues, Konami issued a statement today addressing controller lag while playing online matches of Super Bomberman R. Rest assured, the Konami team is on the case, with many future updates being planned to improve both the online and offline experiences.

NINTENDO HELPS YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR INNER MARIO

URSULA GRAND HERO BATTLE INVADES FIRE EMBLEM HEROES

A new limited time Special Map for Fire Emblem Heroes dropped last night. Fans of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade’s Four Fangs can recruit the mounted, blue tome-wielder Ursala to their growing armies. Good luck beating that Lunatic mode map, though. Remember, use the terrain to your advantage and avoid bringing in too many infantry units.

MONSTER HUNTER XX RECEIVES BREATH OF THE WILD CONTENT

A Monster Hunter event in Japan revealed a set of Breath of the Wild costumes paragliding to Monster Hunter XX. Japanese gamers can look forward to picking up the Hero of Time’s epic garb from 7-Eleven locations starting April 24th.
