Nintendo has finally pushed out the Switch’s first firmware update to review units, meaning people can finally access the eShop and see what’s on offer. It turns out two surprise games are heading to the system, both from the classic Neo Geo, at least in Europe.

First up is Shock Troopers, a run-and-gun top-down arcade shooter. You pick from one of three soldiers, each with unique weapons. You can choose to go it alone as one character with more lives, or instead pick the option to cycle through all three, giving more variety.

The other game that’ll be available is World Heroes Perfect, a one-on-one fighter that’s the final game in the World Perfect series from ADK.

It’s worth noting that these aren’t considered Virtual Console games and are instead direct ports. They will cost £6.29 each.
