One of the last big Switch questions has been resolved, with Nintendo sending out a press release detailing the imminent system’s eShop.

First things first, a “Nindies Showcase” video presentation has been announced for February 28th at 9a.m. PT, which should give us an idea of what indie games are on the way. Nintendo has confirmed over 60 such titles will be heading to the Switch eShop eventually, on top of downloadable versions of packaged games, DLC and more.

In the same press release Nintendo also confirmed two new titles for launch day – The racer FAST RMX from Shin’en and the latest Shovel Knight DLC, Specter of Torment. The Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove collection, featuring all of the previously released DLC and the main game, will also be available on March 3rd.

If you have left over balance in your 3DS and Wii U accounts you’re in luck, as those funds will be available for use on Switch so long as you’ve linked your Nintendo Account and NNID together.

One unfortunate bit of news, however, is that the Switch won’t have a Virtual Console from launch. Nintendo does promise to share more information on this in the future, though.

Finally, to access the eShop on launch day you’ll have to perform a system update. Thankfully this will download in the background and install quickly.

We’ll be sure to bring you live coverage of the February 28th Nindies Showcase as it happens.
