The ISO for the Wii U version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been decrypted, allowing spoilers and assets from the game to make their way around the internet.

Plot details, a full list of items and weapons and even title screen art are among a few of the things leaked.

The game’s ISO — essentially, the compressed files on the Wii U disc — was first made available through a Wii U hacking program yesterday.

Later, a means of decrypting the ISO was found, and assets from the game began to appear on 4chan.

Discussions of these items arose on other online communities, including Reddit and NeoGAF.

Gamers looking to avoid spoilers for Breath of the Wild should tread carefully online as the game’s files continue to be picked apart.

Nintendo Wire would like to assure our readers of our commitment to being a spoiler-free news outlet in response to this leak.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is set to launch simultaneously on both Wii U and Nintendo Switch on March 3rd.
